Jared Litroff
Jared Litroff is a real estate professional with more than a decade of experience overseeing large-scale residential and commercial portfolios. Throughout his career, he has worked across more than 400 properties encompassing 70,000 residential units and millions of square feet of class A commercial space, spanning luxury rentals, mid-market multifamily, and affordable and workforce housing.
Jared spent more than nine years at Related Companies, where he held key roles across residential and commercial operations. During his tenure at Related, Jared also supported the commercial operations team at Hudson Yards, one of the largest private real estate developments in the United States, helping manage marquee assets including the entirety of the Hudson Yards complex, Deutsche Bank Center and 85 Tenth Avenue.
His expertise centers on asset management, operational efficiency, and underwriting and due-diligence efforts for both new development and acquisition opportunities. Jared holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management.
