Before stepping into leadership, Dennis gained invaluable on-the-ground experience working as a building porter, doorman, concierge, union shop steward, and customer service specialist. This journey has given him a comprehensive perspective on client needs and operational excellence.
His expertise spans a broad range, including delivering exceptional customer service to luxury residential and commercial clients, acting as a liaison with government agencies, managing complex lease and vendor contracts, and overseeing human resource functions.
A lifelong New Yorker and a licensed real estate salesperson, Dennis is a proud graduate of Hunter College and an enthusiastic arts patron. And for a fun fact, he once worked for a future President of the United States!
