Jose Elias
Jose Elias is the Senior Director of Business Operations. With over a decade of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Elias has successfully managed large-scale projects exceeding one million square feet and valued in excess of hundreds of millions of dollars.
As a Director of Construction at Bushburg, Mr. Elias developed and implemented strategic processes and protocols to streamline project execution from pre-construction through completion that included overseeing self-performed trades, optimizing logistics, and ensuring seamless coordination of design, quality control, and safety—all while maintaining strict adherence to business objectives, regulatory compliance, and industry best practices.
Prior to his role at Bushburg, Mr. Elias was the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Arcon Construction Group. His career also includes a role as Construction Manager at Skyline Restoration Inc. Mr. Elias started his career at Eboro Construction as a Project Manager. Mr. Elias received an MEng degree in Civil Engineering from Universidad de Extremadura.
