Alejandra Martinez
Alejandra brings a robust background in engineering and operations to her role as a Project Manager at Regiment. She earned her degree in Environmental and Sanitary Engineering from Universidad de la Salle in Bogotá, Colombia.
Her early career in Colombia's public sector included managing water treatment implementations and solid waste management projects, often within vulnerable communities. She also gained experience auditing engineering projects at the Bogotá Mayor's office.
Alejandra further developed her organizational and operational skills as an Operations Manager in the health industry, specializing in designing and implementing standardized protocols. She then transitioned into construction, overseeing residential renovations in the marble and stone industry as an Assistant Project Manager.
Most recently, Alejandra has excelled as a Project Manager in the development sector, assisting across all stages of new construction, residential and commercial renovations, and building operations.
