As a core member of Regiment, he brings hands-on expertise to complex urban development projects, including the management of a 10-story building and oversight of numerous high-scale carpentry operations. Licensed as both a real estate salesperson and a Class 1 Filing Representative, Xoel navigates New York City’s intricate building codes with precision—ensuring projects remain on schedule, compliant, and cost-effective. 

With deep roots in the trades, Xoel began his career as a mason and carpenter, later gaining field-tested experience as both a supported and suspended scaffold erector. His grounded knowledge of structural systems, safety protocols, and logistical sequencing allows him to lead with authority and foresight. Whether coordinating crews or navigating DOB approvals, Xoel balances tactical execution with strategic planning—making him an indespensible asset across all phases of construction.
